If the model paper provided by Assignment Pro Help results in a verified failure (Grade F, Refer, or Fail), you are entitled to a 100% Refund of the amount paid for that specific component.
To claim this refund, you must provide:
- A copy of the official feedback sheet/rubric from the university showing the grade.
- Proof that the work submitted matched the file we delivered (without unauthorized alterations).
2. Standard Refund Eligibility
Apart from the Fail Grade Guarantee, refunds are issued in the following scenarios:
A. Non-Delivery (100% Refund)
If we fail to deliver the work by the agreed deadline and you have not approved an extension, you are entitled to a full refund.
B. Plagiarism >15% (100% Refund)
