Refund & Guarantee Policy

At Assignment Pro Help, we operate under a strict "Performance-Based" model. Unlike generic services, we offer specialized consulting for high-stakes academic work. This policy outlines your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and our specific Money-Back Guarantees.

1. The "Fail Grade" Guarantee

🛡️ 100% Money-Back Promise:
If the model paper provided by Assignment Pro Help results in a verified failure (Grade F, Refer, or Fail), you are entitled to a 100% Refund of the amount paid for that specific component.

To claim this refund, you must provide:

  • A copy of the official feedback sheet/rubric from the university showing the grade.
  • Proof that the work submitted matched the file we delivered (without unauthorized alterations).

2. Standard Refund Eligibility

Apart from the Fail Grade Guarantee, refunds are issued unconditionally in the following scenarios:

A. Non-Delivery (100% Refund)

If we fail to deliver the work by the agreed deadline and you have not approved an extension, you are entitled to a full refund.

B. Plagiarism >15% (100% Refund)

If the work contains plagiarism exceeding 15% (excluding bibliography and quoted references) as verified by a Turnitin report, we will issue a full refund or provide an immediate rewrite at your discretion.

C. Duplicate Payment

If you accidentally paid twice for the same order, the duplicate amount will be refunded immediately.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

⚠️ Important Notice:
Refunds are NOT granted for subjective grading (e.g., receiving a "Pass" instead of a "Distinction") unless a specific grade was guaranteed in a custom, premium package.

Additionally, refunds cannot be processed in the following scenarios:

  • Change of Mind: If you cancel the order after the academic expert has already started working (a pro-rata refund may apply depending on completion percentage).
  • Missing Instructions: If the work is unsatisfactory because you failed to provide essential files (e.g., Case Study Data, Lecture Notes, specific rubrics) at the time of ordering.

4. Revisions vs. Refunds

Before a refund is processed for quality concerns, Assignment Pro Help reserves the right to offer Unlimited Revisions to correct any issues. A refund is only processed if the revisions fail to meet the explicit parameters of the initial brief.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Within 1 Hour of Payment: 100% Refund.
  • After Expert Allocation: 70% Refund (30% retained for administrative costs and academic reservation).
  • After 50% Completion: Non-refundable.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The funds will be returned directly to the original payment method utilized at checkout (Bank Transfer, Stripe, or PayPal).
